I've been using it for my last 7 or 8 lessons, as well as for myself, and it's a really versatile tool. I've been hitting weak wedges lately and I used it to help me get my swingpath back on line. I hit about 10 wedges using it for swingpath alignment this morning before a lesson, and I hit every one sweet. Love those instant cures. I had heard about it a long time ago, but the suggested retail of $99 seemed a little steep. This time around I searched the internet for a deal and found one at http://www.heartlandamerica.com - if you go there, search for path pro and you'll get a page with the path pro golf training aid on it. The price there is $19.99 plus shipping, which is around $2.00 I bought 2 of them and the shipping was $3.98 total. It's advertised as being on closeout, so I asked them how many units they had left, thinking that I might buy the lot. They said they had 400 units, and I passed on buying the lot. If you like working on your swing, you'll love this training aid. I give it two thumbs up for functionality and price - even at full retail. At $19.99 plus a couple of bucks for shipping, it's a no-brainer. ==================================================== TCT Quick Tips - Hitting vs. Swinging ==================================================== A hit must be perfectly timed, but a swing will time itself. Grantland Rice ==================================================== Golf Tip : How to Hit a Draw or a Fade ==================================================== This one is courtesy of Frank Thomas, http://thomasagolf.com How To Hit a Draw or Fade Hitting specialized shots, such as draws or fades, can be complicated, but these step-by-step instructions open the door to new accomplishments in shot making. HOW TO HIT A STRAIGHT SHOT: 1. First, stand behind the ball and visualize a straight line between your ball and your target. 2. Next, pick out a leaf or mark that’s about a foot or so in front of the ball and on this visualized target line. 3. Third, address the ball and aim the club face at the leaf or mark you selected. 4. Now that the club head is aimed directly at the mark and your target, align your heels, hips and shoulders parallel to your target line. HOW TO HIT A FADE SHOT: 1. Do steps 1, 2 and 3 exactly the same as above. 4. Now, instead of aligning your heels, hips and shoulders parallel to your envisioned target line, you want to align them to aim to the left of your target line (for right-handed golfer). Although your body is aimed left, keep the club head aimed along the original target line. 5. Now swing with a normal swing path along your body line instead of the target line. You’ll know you did it correctly when the ball starts out going along the target line, then fades to the right of the target line at the end. HOW TO HIT A DRAW SHOT: 1. Do steps 1, 2 and 3 exactly the same as above. 4. Now, instead of aligning your heels, hips and shoulders parallel to your envisioned target line, you want to align them to aim to the right of your target line (for right-handed golfer). Although your body is aimed right, keep the club head aimed along the original target line. 5. Now swing with a normal swing path along your body line instead of the target line. You’ll know you did it correctly when the ball starts out going along the target line, then draws to the left of the target line at the end.
