Impact Training Aids

The training aid below is called a Swing Key, and I've also seen one called Dr. Gary Wiren's Key. It's a great training aid for those players that have a hard time resisting the "hit" impulse, where your rear hand takes over in the downswing and flips the clubhead through impact, causing a weak shot or a fat hit.

Step 5

If your problem is in maintaining good forward hand angles, you can cure that by ace bandaging a ruler to the backside of your hand and forearm to prevent cupping of your left wrist at impact. You could also put a comb in the back of your golf glove to help keep the wrist flat at impact when you practice.
